Blue Valley Songbird (1999)

A popular Nashville performer wants national recognition, but is hampered by her controlling boy friend - manager and events from her past. Finally, by turning to her guitarist, she finds the resolve to face her troubles - including her long estranged mother and the death of her estranged father, who had tried to control her career in her early days.
